Невдача тут з гучними собак і дуже злий чоловік з сокирою! Проте ми як і раніше був хороший день)










Я спробував отримати фотографію божевільний сокирою людину, але він прихований позаду будівлі

Привіт! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I've had a busy two days. Thanks again everyone for the incredible welcome, they were two great days in Lviv ) You are an incredibly friendly community of explorers. I must have met 12 or 13 of you in the two days I was there.

I got through some more photos from Monday below, I will post the rest when I get home. The train journey was tough after so much vodka but I made it to Kiev okay!

By the way I don't know how you managed to get me into the train depot Inkognito, but that was impressive!

Thank you very much for last night everyone ) It was a fantastic welcome and I had a great time. Poltva and Losheen are huge! Thanks again for the lend of the shoe covers, they were necessary! When I get back to Ireland I will post all the photos but for the moment here are 3 quick photos from last night ) If anyone wants me to cover their faces please let me know. I am not sure of the correct etiquette for this in Ukraine. It was very difficult to light the Poltva so the photos are not very good. I need to buy a stronger light!

I am hoping to arrive Sunday night (23rd March) and will have a full day to explore on Monday (24th March) before I leave for Kyiv that night. It is not a lot of time unfortunately but I am trying to fit in as many countries and cities as possible.

I probably should have mentioned that in my first post! I prefer underground and military/industrial places mostly. However I am travelling with only one small backpack so I do not have waders with me and that probably means that I could not visit the Poltva or other drains. So the only underground places I could probably visit would be military bunkers/shelters.

Hello, I am sorry about writing in English below. I am learning Russian at the moment so can understand the Cyrillic script but unfortunately I know very little Ukrainian. Apologies.

I am an Irish urban explorer travelling across several countries in Eastern Europe very soon with the purpose of exploring and seeing as much as I can. One of the cities I am visiting is Lviv so I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out. I have already done a bit of research and looked through the database ( http://explorer.lviv.ua/db/ ) and it looks like there are a lot of places to visit. I will only have one day and night in Lviv so I was wondering if anyone would be able to let me know what would be the best places to visit in this time or maybe if someone would be interested in meeting up. No problem if not, I understand exploring is a very secretive hobby.

I should probably post a bit about myself as well. My website is: http://irishurbanexplorations.wordpress.com/ Unfortunately the buildings in Ireland are very small and we have very few underground structures. I am hoping there will be some much larger and more interesting places in the countries I am hoping to visit  :)
